Our goal is to help Physical Therapists accomplish the necessary marketing to increase their revenue without putting a strain on their budget. This service achieves results by investing in one on one consistent representation to Physician Specialists that require a Physical Therapy network.
This one on one approach allows us to target specific Physicians and distribute marketing material on a daily basis.

History behind this service: When this service was first initiated we found that their were no independent marketers servicing the individually owned Physical Therapy offices. At that time our only competition were the larger Physical Therapy Offices that could afford to hire there own marketer, or Physical Therapists that actually marketed themselves. Being able to offer this service allows my clients the opportunity to get their business out their in the network.

Summary of the service and fees: We have designed two Plans for successfully marketing your companies individual needs. Your office will be represented in many cases alone to your target market. We have created these plans to help you decide what your own personal needs may be for your unique office and specialty.

Your company will provide all your Marketing Materials at your cost. Our help in preparation and design of these materials are always available. We will also need you to provide all necessary lists within your company to assist the marketer in responding to all referral sources. Below plans are for one location only.

PLAN 1

Exclusive Marketing
This plan is the most sought after, due mostly in part because of its exclusive nature. We represent only one Physical Therapy Office in each city, giving your office the attention it needs to thrive. On a monthly basis we visit over 250 physicians within your immediate area as well as throughout the greater Los Angeles and Ventura County. All Physicians are supplied with CSB Packets and your marketing materials. We also arrange appointments, bagel mornings, thank you gifts, phone contacts along with consistent follow-up.

Your office will also be listed on our toll free number and website. These services offer other avenues for patient referrals. Includes Plan 3.

Monthly Fee $1400, Eight Month Commitment (additional locations $800)

PLAN 2

Maintenance & Outer Area Marketing
This plan is designed to give your office exposure in the outer perimeter of your office location. You will still retain exclusive rights of being the only Physical Therapy office within your city, but will not be marketed within your immediate area.

On a monthly basis we visit over 250 physicians throughout the greater Los Angeles and Ventura County. Your office will be listed on our CSB Packets, which are distributed to all Physicians visited. We also arrange appointments, bagel mornings, thank you gifts, phone contacts along with consistent follow-up.

Monthly Fee $900, Eight Month Commitment (One Location only- not offered in Prime Locations)

PLAN 3

Physical Therapy Toll Free Referral Line
CSB has a very successful Toll Free line that has been operating for more than 3-years. This opportunity is available for select physical therapy offices to join the referral line for a moderate fee (listed Below). The purpose of this line is to assist patients and physicians in locating a physical therapy office near their home or workplace. . Additionally for a nominal fee included you will be listed on our web-site: physicaltherapylocations.com, all calls are first directed to our clients listed with our toll free line.

Set-up Fee - $ 50.00
Monthly Fee- $120.00

Listing, set-up fee & Six-Month Commitment $ 770.00 (Payable in Advance)

Additional Marketing Available

CSB Medical Marketing is also available to assist and represent your company at Seminars, Conventions and Special Events. These rates are available upon request.

CSB Medical Marketing Agreement Status

CSB Medical Marketing is an independent contractor and is not an employee, partner or agent. CSB Medical Marketing will contract with other companies during the term of their agreement for marketing services. Clients will not control the techniques nor the manner in which CSB uses to market companies.
