Plan three takes a giant leap towards bringing your website together with the future of your business and your industry.
Not only will this plan direct qualified traffic to your website, and instill trust and professionalism upon the visitor, but it will add the final component to a complete marketing strategy; assisting in the conversion of that valuable visitor into a sale or enquiry. Like plan one and two we do this by ensuring that your site is submitted to all relevant search engines and contains the necessary keywords or phrases to get you noticed.
In this plan only, you will be issued with a marketing audit that will be between 10-15 pages long it will advise you on how to target your patients online using simple marketing techniques that will establish your strengths, weakness, opportunities and threats. You will also receive your monthly report (for full description refer to the last sentence in plan 2).

- Weekly website functionality testing - We run a series of diagnostic tests through your website. These tests help us determine if the mechanics of your site are running harmoniously. For example does your site have any broken links or pages that when clicked never load or crash the users browser.
- Monthly search engine submission - This task is divided up into two parts. The first portion relates to optimizing and analysing your website to incorporate the proper keywords or phrases needed for you to be noticed by search engines. The second procedure is to effectively submit your website with its keywords and phrases to the search engines. This procedure is repeated monthly or as frequent (based on search engine regulations) to ensure maximum coverage online.
- Monthly website statistical analysis - In every monthly report we breakdown and evaluate your websites performance based on analytical evidence gathered from your hosting agent or by other necessary methods. This analysis will provide us in detail with information like; how many hits your site received, how many unique visitors your site attracted and how much information was downloaded from your site. This analysis will also reveal what program types where most commonly used to view your site and at what times that they viewed your site. This analysis is imperative in building a health an active website, allowing us to nurture a new site or fine tune a well developed one.
- Monthly report - which consists of suggestive tools and techniques on how to get your site running optimally. It will also briefly outline what procedures were taken throughout the course of the month to improve traffic flow, increase or maintain professionalism and convert the average visitor into a sale or enquiry.
- Half yearly website audit - This detailed audit reviews all the tools used in successfully marketing your website. It is at this point where we pull apart your online business and perform a SWOT (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and treats) analysis, where we set some goals and formulate a clear objective for future advancement. By understanding your websites true intrinsic nature and where that nature may lead your business, only than can you evaluate and change to a more suitable course of action. This report places all the cards on the table; all you need to do is choose your hand.
